Agnieszka Tarkawska-Nowak – Life in Balance Hilversum

My name is Agnieszka Tarkawska-Nowak.

I will support your body, neurological system, and mind as they heal, balance, and become stronger.
Our meeting is based in large part on trust. For this reason, at the initial appointment, you will have
the chance to get to know me and ask any questions you may have. I have always brought with me
my background in integrative psychotherapy, relational, shock and transgenerational trauma.
My mission is to support you in finding your inner strength, overcoming obstacles in life, and
reestablishing a connection with who you truly are.

I enjoy my life as a wife and mother of three after work. I have a strong love for both cooking and
traveling. I’m from Poland, and for the past ten years, I’ve mostly worked in Polish and English with
foreigners in the Netherlands.
